Techy help please ( Wrath font of all knowledge)

It`s internet security renewal time for me.

I`m currently using AVG internet security 2011. which I am quite happy with.

AVG are quoting a renewal of ?34 for AVG internet security 2012 (1 PC protection)

Saverpoint.com are quoting ?12.99 for AVG anti virus 2012 User Posted Link

I`ve had a look at them and as far as I can see there is little or no difference between the two.

Am I missing the bleeding obvious or are they the same thing?
