very clever actually......
the whole thing is shot upside down! You can tell this as their exhaust bubbles go downwards towards the ice (which actually is the ice layer onthe surface!
Therefore they have turned the wheel barrow upside down and to make it "stick" to the ice have filled it with air bubbles to make it bouyant..... the guy "tips" the air out of the bucket (seems like its falling to the floor) then the wheel barrow rises (effectively lost bouyancy and sinking, but as the whole thing is upside down it appears to raise!)
excellent photography and very clever, well executed by the divers (no fins and working upside down!)
