He doesn't look happy a lot of the time at the moment but

with Lambert its hard to tell whether he's genualy not happy or just his normal demeanour.

Personally i do think he's maybe getting a bit frustrated and must be starting to question how much further he can realistically take us if he manages to achieve a mid table finish this season.
