It was the main game on MOTD that night and there was a clear shot of me chewing gum just before kick off, I was 8! I was on MOTD! Life doesn't get much better really. Then the game kicked off, I remember it was the first time I sang OTBC at Carrow Road and remembering thinking how much louder everything sounded than my previous experiences in the South Stand and River End. The game was a fairly dull affair I think but with a perfect and memorable ending as Mark Robins got the winner in the last minute, the goal was up the other end and I couldn't see it clearly but remember my brother and his mate lifting me up and people running around going mental, then a huge old rendition of 'WE ARE TOP OF THE LEAGUE' went on for minutes after the game, everybody, including 8yr old me, singing it. I lost my voice. It was our 3rd win in a row, and we would follow it up with 2 more. Amazing times. I went to most home games after in the 92/93 season. Missed a couple of night games due to school the next day or/and my brother wanting to go on the piss afterwards. Villa at home being one of those but remember the noise on the Polston goal nearly exploding my radio.
