Do you have a 'Recycler' folder visible?

If so you need Anti-Malware software - DL MalwareBytes Anti-Malware, install and reboot in safe mode WITHOUT networking.

Run the Anti Malware prog on boot and it /should/ deal with it. Make sure you format any USB sticks etc and unplug them immediately BEFORE running the malware check to make sure it doesn't copy itself back on as soon as you plug it in.
