Yep, same here - I saw Frank Skinner, Alan Davies and Harry Hill that same year as well

was fantastic for stand-up back then.

Current favourite has to be Brendon Burns - 'cos (like me and may others) he's been through rehab and come out the other side and is candidly funny about it.

Quite like Jay Foreman on the musical comedy side of things and can't beat Kunt and the Gang for the downright inappropriate
