Chance depends entirely on what's wrong with you.

If it's a massive coronary, then yeah, CPR's not going to touch it. But if it's a more minor heart complaint CPR will deffo keep the brain alive until an ambulanceman can get a defibrilator (CLEAR!) on the bugger to kick start the motors.
