Anyaways, if City cared to look to Norway, there is actually one guy that Arsenal took a sniff at last term.
Kara Mboudji is one hell of a CDM player. He currently plays for Troms? (which is in my area), he's got good technique, and mops up things decently, and has a great right foot, and good tackle too.
I have hopes that he will end up in the Premier League.
He's from Senegal.
