FAO: Mr Yella of the Lee variety...
Monkfish in parma ham on Saturday night, a HOOJ success. A garlic, basil and sun dried tomato dressing, accompanied by creamy mash infused with a hint of mint and sald cream, topped with green beans and rocket. Marvellous sir.
Well I say HOOJ success, there weren't any complaints from my dinner guests.
