Will the club post Burnley tickets or will I need to collect?

Just booked them online. Not sure if they'll post them (didn't ask for address online, last time I phoned and they were sending to old address) or will I have to collect them now? was on hold too long on phone and they haven't sent a confirmation of booking email yet. Can't find an email address either.
