"Blame the officials (and everyone else)" is all he knows

Any manager with half a clue would be doing his nut at Barton for giving the officials a decision to make in the first place. Reacting like this just encourages further indiscipline amongst his players: indeed, the way QPR played in the first 25 mins of the second half was like headless chickens really. They lacked control, and were always going to exhaust themselves.

Siege mentalities often work in football - but Warnock brings a huge amount of it on himself. And I agree completely: Johnson's reaction was that of ANYONE in that situation. What made me laugh was Holt motioning the ref over to the linesman, then suddenly looking shocked when Barton got the red!
