it gets worse

there's no mention of these obvious faults on the product details on the box or the website. Which means I can't replace it with a hopefully less brainless model and know that I'm not buying the same faults again.

I'm going to tape over the display. I don't actually need it to tell me the time. Then I'm just going to have to get used to the tic-toc, or poss damp it by taping over the speaker to cut out the quieter sound. What a pain in the arse.
