almost certainly if we spent 200/300 million on a better squad too.
Look don't forget where we were 2 years ago, relish what has been achieved. We have, arguably one of if not the best manager in the EPL. It's as close to a footballing miracle as you and I will see in a lifetime. Yesterdays opposition had a number of players that individually cost more than our entire squad. We didn't play great, we looked a little over awed. 1 r has played better but then again the way we set it up the feed to him and the Horse wasn't great either. We only conceded 2, goal difference may play an important part at the end of the season. There were other plusses too, pencil head had a great game, shows he's lost nothing by being sidelined and we can confidently call on his services at any time. Spurs are a likely top 4 finisher and other sides will suffer far heavier defeats at their hands (or feet) I suspect Sir Paul had half his brain concentraiting on Fulham up next, a game by which we can be far more accurately judged.
