It Used To Be The Managers That "Did" The Transfers!

How times have changed.

Not so long ago, PL would have rung one of his counterparts and said "so-and-so, how much?"
"Oh, say ?250'000 Paul?"
"Bit steep for me, was thinking ?225'000?"
"Go on then"
"Cheers"

Now they suggest names and thats their involvement pretty much finished unless the player signs. Lets him get on with being Manager though.
