Any drivers know if the A140 is a decent enough route into Norwich?

Pretty shit route from Yarmouth or Lynn. But from Cromer or Ippo it's a double-a-star ding

From Chelmsford. Go A12>A14>A140. Will take about 1hr 45 min. Traffic should be ok today.
