Team building makes a team perform to it's maximum ability, but

you can get a team full of very good footballers who are not playing together as a team, and if you just have one or two of the right type who stay fit, they might underachieve hugely but would probably have enough to do better than three other teams in the Prem.

That's what I'm scared of with QPR. Or if they actually start playing together as a team. To be fair Warnock had them doing that last year.
