Bug things in my house

About once a week I find a tiny larvae bug thing on the kitchen or bathroom floor.

It moves very fast, is a few mm long and is thin, black and has a tail.

When I go near it, it quickly goes to hide under the skirting board.

The tail looks a bit like this:
