The last time I was at Craven Cottage

...we were given comp tickets by Sandy Pate who'd come out of the players lounge, pint in one hand and fag in the other..... I was with my late Dad, we'd already paid to get in so he dragged me to the gate to find someone to give them to.... bloody hard standing there and shouting at random strangers to ask if they were Mansfield supporters...... (guess the year),
