Its hard to estimate what clubs will spend in the window but just looking near the bottom of the table
Blackburn....errr im thinking they are in real trouble and will be looking to offload players like Samba and Hoilet.
I dont think they have any real money at all even after selling jones. The 65M a year wage bill alone is smashing them......
Bolton..... reports have them over 110M in debt. (losing 30M a year) Coyle has been pimping Cahill for a while so I expect him to be sold. How much will Coyle get?
Wigan.....I just get the vibe Dave Whelan has spent enough, with dropping gates and increasing wages he is happy to see what happens.
Relegation might be a good opportunity to pass on the club to someone else, which he admitted he is looking to do.
Wolves....Not sure, depends if Mick is still there.
If he goes and they get in somone like Mark Hughes then he will have been promised money.
Morgan hasnt gone spend crazy in the past.
Sunderland.......they will spend..... MON will be allowed to get in enough quality to keep them out of danger.
QPR....... they will spend.......Warnock again will buy in enough quality although I dont like their chemistry if things start going bad. Prams and Toys spring to mind.
Everton........might cash in on Rodwell so they can bring in some players to boost the depth of the squad.
WBA.....I think they wont do too much. They have quality in most areas.
Swansea.... They will look to improve their striking options but will be looking in the same places we are.
Fulham.......They will look to move sulky bobby out....will have to sepnd to find a replacement or might struggle.
Aston Villa.... rumours abound that Bent is for sale...... Villa love selling their best players, and so far they have gotten way with it. Dangerous game.
Norwich City........Not sure what business we will do?
I cant see us getting a CB without selling at least one of the guys we already have.
Im thinking Lambert is looking at a striker and creative midfield player
(Jutkiewicz and Snodgrass would be my guesses for realistic targets)
Wouldnt totally shock me if he brought in another keeper too and let Rudd and Steer out on loan.
Oviously it also depends if we get any offers for our players too.
It wouldnt shock me that much if we bought nobody because of silly asking prices.
To be fair I dont see us desperate in any area. (we are 9th! after all and dont have many long term injuries)
Any team can improve but we have cover in most areas or can change the system based on the players we have.
I think we have enough quality to get the 15 or so points we need to stay up.
