BBC 24 - they were discussing the fact that in Uraguan terms he hadn't said anything

wrong and that it showed how the perception of what is terms are racist and what aren't varies from one country and culture to another. It was suggested that was whu the FA took so long to decide on a difficult problem and that they had decided to accuse him of abusive language rather than racist.
What they actually did, I have no idea of, I was pretty bored bythe whole thing after that.
