Went a few years ago. Got there about 6am, found a good spot between 2 corners, then

set up deck chairs, watched all the undercard races which were good fun. It is very very loud, and you can only see the cars whizzing past for a few seconds, blast don't they go quick.

Ticket I had wasn't for a grandstand, so can't comment on what that would be like, but if you like F1, you'll have a good day out regardless. (I'm not a massive fan but still enjoyed the experience)
