Has the Naughton suspension thing been cleared up yet?

According to Ian Crocker on Sky commentary the suspension stands for the Spurs game. Radio Norfolk after the game seemed to think it wouldn't and he'd be out for Fulham

Any FA rulebook monitors out there?
