Clear that he was destined to be a manager. Knows exactly what makes a winning team, great spirit being top of the list.

Seems to be popular wherever he's been. What a winner.

We're very lucky to have him. I think he's very lucky to have us too though. Perfect fit at this stage in his career. At some point he's bound to move on, he wants to win as much as he can and prove himself at the top level of managemen I'm sure. I'll savour each day until then.
