Yes 18.5 million is a big number but as Doncaster says and has said on many occasions it is a long term debt liken it to your mortage its whats called secured debt and the bank can't ask for their money at the drop of a hat ,its the amount of unsecured debt that should concern us that can be asked for with just a phone call ,That is why the hotel is going in and the money from that will pay off some of that debt
