Arganth - Could 19 be Nicosia?

If Father Christmas was actually St Nicholas then the 3rd, 4th and 5th letters are Nic.

Could also explain why originally it had said 1st, 2nd and 3rd because if you leave the 'St' out and just have Nicholas then it would make sense.

I can't see how the 'osia' in Nicosia would come into it though?
