Just back from the game

Well, just got back to France anyway.

My first game at FORTRESS CARROW ROAD for far too long was well worth the wait! What a performance, I could hardly believe my eyes. Aside from about 10 mins were by far the better team.

Best fans in the world? Probably.

I would like to thank DrDublin for being an absolutely top bloke by looking after my bags while I was at the ground. I had travelled over from West Norfolk that morning and was travelling on to London after the match. So hats off to him, for all he knew I could have been an axe murderer!

Thanks to Dubbers (who showed me a mugshot of Ben) I was able to track down Ben, Jumbo, GarryBrooke, Jafski, Otto and Jim Nasium in the coach and horses pre-game, and what a lovely bunch they are. I should also thank Chalk Hill Bitter! (Idont think I have missed anyone there...)

After a beer with Dubbers when collecting my not inconsiderable baggage, I managed another very quick one in the coach and horses before finding my train.

My day was made complete by listening in to some poor deluded magpie fans all the way back to London realising that there season has turned to s**te.

What an unforgettable day, and all thanks to wrathers.
