Iran refusing to return U.S spy plane

Hilary Clinton says despite numerous Iranian provocations the U.S will seek a diplomatic resolution

Provocations? The words pot, kettle and black spring to mind. I may have got the wrong end of the stick with this story, but was it not an AMERICAN spy plane in IRANIAN airspace?
