Karn, what's your take on AVB?

I thought he looked a good but interesting appointment before he signed, but I now think he is out of his depth and incredibly arrogant. I liked Morinho despite his arrogance as I think he is good enough to back it up. I'm hoping for a Chelsea win on Monday night to spice things up in the league but I think you would be lucky to get a draw on current form.
