KC, Doesn't Surprise Me In The Slightest

The administration of the game in this country, bottom to top, is an absolute shambles. The amount of money that is raised for the benefit of the LTA (sums it uo-they still have "Lawn" as part of their title!) yet the management of the game, crucially, at junior level is non existent and ran by people in it for the kudos and air kissing, not for the benefit of the game, and, least of all, for the likes of Amy and all the other Juniors who want to play the game, get access to good coaching and develop.

Those that claim to run the game in this country could do well to go to somewhere like Croatia where its top notch, at all levels. The problem is, many of them probably don't even know where Croatia is and still think they're living in the Stone Age and building houses out of wattle and daub.
