worz/brandonio - s american footy question

i saw a photo once of some ground down there, the stadium was surrounded by tower blocks and then the whole city is at altitude and at the base of some great big mountains (maybe even a volcano but i cant remember). thought it might have been somewhere in quito but cant find any pics that look quite like it now. anywhere else you can think of? thought it might be something cool to draw. ta
