Yeah, i still play poker in real life and do football bets at the weekend

But it's easier to stop when you're playing poker in real life and actually holding your money.

With those online casinos and poker i used to be like...

"oh, 40 more quid wont hurt"

"wait, it hasnt paid this time, so it will if i put 50 more on"

Thankfully i'm over that, and havent been on a casino or poker site for about 6 months.
