The teams below in the PL have to make choices.

They can go the Portsmouth route and vastly overspend and hope they get saved when the s**t hits the fan or spend within their means and except they wont be able to compete.

What worries me is the various leagues like spain will get bored and and up forming a European super league, which probably wont have any relegation
