Wroth help required - Newcastle Game

Hello all, I hope someone off of on here can help me here!

A friend has offered me a ticket for the Newcastle game, which is wonderful, but I need to sort a few things out...

Im over from France and I am staying with my folks in West Norfolk. I can get to Norwich no probs for Saturday but I need to get to London after the game.

So, what time are the trains, and how much are they? Also, I have a rucksack and a mohassive bag. Is there a any big lockers at Norwich Station?

Its been soo long since I went to home game, any help would be appreciated.

Maybe I could even link up for bears....?
