Dead easy if you're coming in by train.

You can get a tram from the train station direct to the Arena (it's the Arena/Don Valley tram stop you want to head for). If you come out of Sheffield station onto the road you've got the wrong way - there should be plenty of signs for trams though.

On the other matter I haven't a clue you'd want to look on the rail enquiries website.

You should be fine for a tram back to the station after the gig though.
