Thoughts from yesterday

5-1 flattered them a bit although we clearly deserved to lose. The Morison and Bennett one on ones were crucial if we were to get anything and both them seemed to panic a bit although I haven't seen the replays yet.

First half although only 1-0 we sat far too deep and were effectively playing 5-4-1 with Pilks as a fullback and Tierney as a third centre half. Lambert seemed to sort this at half time and we were better 2nd half even before Holt and Wes came on.

We've got to remember they've hit MU for 6, Spurs for 5, Swansea 4 etc. and these games aren't the ones which will keep us up.

Would like to see Holt start alongside Morison next week.
