"Let me assure you that I am hurting just as much as every loyal fan. Being the Chief Executive of a football club is a 24/7 undertaking and that means that results like we've experienced recently deeply hurt us all. Be clear the current levels of performance are totally unacceptable and everyone knows that including the Manager and the players. I totally understand that at this present time people need to vent their anger and frustration but it's particularly at times like this when, if we aspire to success as a club, that the fans get behind the manager and the players as without it the problems simply become exasperated.
