.. Still baffled

OK, so detail that could be left out - but personally didn't see that as undermining her case or being too relevant to the hours she works now, or the issue of pensions - unless you were looking for something to go off on one about.
It's a sort of Daily Mail trick, take a small detail out of context that you know will wind people up, blow it up out of all proportion and ignore the rest.
