Won't really be about catchment areas then though will it

If you were a top young player in east anglia and you had the chance to join our Cat 1 academy attached to a prem club with all the associated benefits and coaching you would chose that over joing the scums cat 2 academy. We would basically be able to take whetever players we want from the region (unless they are poached by Man yoo or one of the big boys!)
