well my missus works within the NHS.....

and is privy to budgets and the spnding of them!

ou wouldnt believe some of the allocation and hat the strategy/management is!

would shick most people!

in fact, she's manged to find a job outside the NHS as shes so disallusioned with the management and starts in the prvate sector in Jan 12.

Therefore my views are based on personal experience of my better half only, Thefroe up for debate, but at least based on some sort of experience!
