I did the Great Yorkshire Run (10k) for Parkinson's UK in October and I'm moving up to the Stockport 10 mile in a couple of weeks - if anyone would like to help get me over the ?500 mark, you'd join my list of All-Time Favourite Roffers what have already contributed:
