James Whale used to advocate sterilising every baby at birth....

It would be a reversible procedure in adult life. State enforced sterilisation of every baby born in this country. Wannabe parents would have to apply to the government to have a baby. People like her would have their application rejected.
It's extreme and would never happen but I can't help thinking that it would within a generation solve alot of this countries social ill's.
