There were some nice stories from callers on 606 last night.

Like the guy who brought him a pint in a bar once. A few weeks later the guy turned up to Elland Road with his son but was unable to get a ticket. He saw Gary Speed in the players entrance, and Speed not only remembered his name, but told him to stay there. 5 minutes later he returned with 2 of Eric Cantona's spare tickets for the game.
