What's with the direct question?

Don't know anything about KM really. Obviously she has married into privilege but I have no idea what her family background is apart from a faint feeling she gets mocked for being a bit common (which is not something I suspect ever happened to Lady Elizabeth Bowes-Lyon, daughter of the Earl of Strathmore)

I hope she makes the most of her status to do good, as opposed to drink gin and play racehorses
