For What It's Worth: my take on the State Of This Board

There have been numerous posts lately bemoaning the state of WotB and I suppose I'd have to agree it's been a bit less entertaining of late, though I don't really feel all that wounded by it. Reflecting on the remarks of other people I realised that whereas a few months ago I'd come home and spend an enjoyable 30-60 minutes reading the day's posts, I'm now scooting through them in under ten. So, yeh, maybe it isn't as much fun as previously. Maybe.

So, thinking on the matter further, I've come to the following conclusions:

i) the requirement to log in may be robbing the site of some input. I tend to clear my cookies every so often so I'm usually Logged Out - and often can't be arsed to log in just to call Tomblander a t**t when I'm confident he *must* be aware of that fact already. I'd bet others think similarly, both about the Logging in and the Twatness.

ii) How can I put this? OK, I'll slip into PK mode for a sec : the board seems to have become a bit Middle Clahss, a bit nicey-hello-vicar-nice (tho' this may be because I'm skimming through the headers and missing some quality abuse). Maybe Ben could comment, but I'm convinced that the word 'Cunt' is falling into comparative disuse, and I'm firmly against this. You *are* a bunch of c**ts, and you really *should* be told - *by each other*.

iii) We may be all holding back our Worthy's A Cock thoughts until next time we f**k up against supposedly inferior opposition. Bulls**t - I'm still just as convinced that he's a cock as I've ever been - tho' this doesn't necessarily mean I want him sacked.

And there you go.
