it is acceptable on three occasions;

1. you don't get caught
2. you don't have or cause an accident
3. you don't inconvenience other road users

this is firmly enshrined within the highway code. as an advocate one would have thought you would have known this.

not only are the banks and political sectors staffed by ideots, so it appears is the legal system.
