Why 'Oh Dear'?

I saw the tweet in question, that article conveniently misses out the bit where he said "...Obviously Neil & coaching team have final say, good to get feedback though."

I'm gutted he didn't get involved at Norwich, seems to care, not shy with his chequebook so far and engages with fans a lot.
