thats right...but you will still have a claim on your record

my mate borroed my kamper, we thought he was insured but he wasnt. He was hit by an insured driver and the drivers insurance had to pay me. The insurance company didnt care that my mate wasnt insured.
I know it feels wrong but pay it, its not worth all the grief for 150.
