She was in a flustered mega-rush as my younger one was due in for an 11+ test and the area was rammed with similarly flustered mega-rushed parents.

I had come to the same conclusion as you both, hence the reply. Just wondered if there was anything else we should do at the mo, hence the post; I think I've now done all I can.
