first, you need to analyse a) how you're keeping your clients and b) why your employees are leaving.
It could be that it's the domino effect - one long-term employee walks out and then the atmosphere disapears for a bit, during which time everyone starts looking for a new challenge. Once you've got a new team together for a bit, things will start to gel, especially with a few staff social events etc.
