when i become president of the republic of norfolk i shall disband the fire service and reform them as a two tier organisation, one to fight fires and remove small boys heads from railings and the other emergency service which will be for attending road traffic accidents. no need to have a f**king gret big fire engine at most collisions, they need a new rapid response road traffic collision emergency service with fancy trucks and snazzy uniforms. headed up by a road traffic accident tzar. cats can still f**k off though, the private sector should be getting them out of trees. with a rifle.
